The MCA vide its notice dated 31.05.2021 inter-alia informed that subsequent to completion of term of office of Shri BSV Prakash Kumar, Judicial Member, NCLT on 31.05.2021, Shri Rajeswara Rao Vittanala, Judicial Member shall act as President, NCLT from 01.06.2021 to 01.06.2021.
