The DC of IBBI found that the RP was not making material efforts to identify and to take control of assets of CD as also is not filing an application under section 19(2) for non-cooperation of the ex-directors which reflects his professional incompetence and negligence.
Hence, directed that the IP shall not seek or accept any process or assignment or render any services under the Code for a period of six months.
