Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India Voluntary Liquidation Processes Ending with Order of Dissolution: As on 31st March 2021

As on 31.03.2021:

a) 226 Companies/LLPs dissolved through the Voluntary Liquidation Process.

b) An amount of Rs. 2869.77 Crore was realised through the assets of the said Companies/LLPs.

c) An amount of Rs. 2435.68 was realised through Star Health Investments Private Limited only.

c) An amount of Rs. 10 Crore was due & paid to the Creditors of the said Companies/LLPs.

d) An amount of Rs. 29.38 Crore was incurred as Liquidation Expenses in relation to the said Companies/LLPs.

e) The average time taken for dissolution of the said Companies/LLPs was 510 days.
