NCLT Delhi Benches to remain close on 08.09.2023 to 10.09.2023 on account of G-20 Summit.

NCLT Office Memorandum dated 26.08.2023

The office memorandum reads as follows:

Subject: Declaration of holidays from 08.09.2023 to 10.09.2023 on the occasion of G-20 Summit in Delhi-reg

Pursuant to DOPT OM No. 12/7/2023-JCA dated 24th August 2023, the National Company Law Tribunal (Principal and New Delhi Benches) and office shall remain closed from 08.09.2023 to 10.09.2023 (both days inclusive) on the occasion of G-20 Summit in Delhi.

This issues with the approval of Hon’ble President, NCLT.
