Taking note of the present spike of COVID-19 and its variant, the Hon’ble President, NCLT vide its Order dated 31.03.2021 directed all NCLT Benches across India to take up the hearing by VC mode from 03.01.2022 to 31.01.2022.
The Order is subject to review and modification from time to time if the situation warrants.
